This part of the Catskills is paradise for anglers and Roscoe has long been known for being one of the top fly fishing destinations in the U.S and declared to be the ‘Ultimate Fishing Town’ by the World Fishing Network. Farmhouse even boasts its own lake, stocked with bass, so grab a pole and while away a few hours.

Just 2 hours from NYC, we're in the heart of the Catskills. The rolling hills, forests, rivers and lakes that surround us offer endless possibilities for outdoors adventure from kayaking, fly-fishing, golf, horseback riding, cycling, snow sports and more.

Nearby, explore the villages and towns of Roscoe, Jeffersonville, Callicoon and Bethel Woods, dotted with quirky independent stores, artisan producers, art galleries and authentic microbreweries and distilleries. The iconic Callicoon Theater—the oldest continuous operating theater in Sullivan County—offers a varied film program and hosts the Catskills International Film Festival.

Big spaces and cozy rooms. Inviting public spaces that blur the lines between the inside/outside are reminiscent of a ski resort, offering the camaraderie of outdoor activities with the ability to retreat to your own space. Guest rooms are elegant and comfortable, white oak floors, richly-pigmented paints and Americana mid-century modern furniture.

A hand-hewn English haypress barn dating back to 1869 has been fully restored and updated to form a unique social space for gatherings, celebrations, corporate events and collaborations.
